Dreamcast to PC Mouse Mod
Let me start off by saying that this was completely pointless. I went over to my parents house a few days ago and was digging through my old stuff when I found a Dreamcast Mouse:

After a very limited attempt to get it to interface with a computer I decided to rip the guts out of one of a Dell mouse and retrofit them into the Dreamcast one.

Notes:
Left and right click work fine. Wheel scrolls and clicks. Cut original mouse wheel to fit on the Dell scroll wheel so everything looks stock from the top and sides. The bottom has a big ass hole cut in it for the laser. The 3rd mouse button (on the side) does nothing.
